Dealing with Martin & Co, who contacted us after taking over Halhams, was a good move for us. Initially Will Pugh came to talk to us about our requirements, we showed him around and he gave us an honest opinion and set out our options. We chose letting only and within a very short time Will had drawn up an appealing advertisement, giving detailed specifications and put it on the market. By his next visit he introduced us to a prospect tenant resulting in a deal. The friendly back up team at the office (Shelley Wise, Julie Hayden, Phoebe Webb, Katie Charlier and Matt Morris) carried out the administration, checks and reports efficiently, professionally and as speedily as possible. We can highly recommend Martin & Co of Folkestone.

They do not follow up. Lettings not so good.

Positives - Helpful moving in. - Quick to respond to minor repairs (a lot were needed) - Very fair on leaving and returning deposit. Negatives - Once disputes arose with owner did not act fairly. After many months of fighting and huge stress we were compensated for this. - Some members of staff lovely, some very rude.
