My sister was made to feel very uncomfortable when a very inappropriate comment was made to her during viewing of this property from a male estate agent. Do not go alone to viewings.

Avoid if you want your deposit back. Unfairly took third of my deposit and the deposit protection scheme took their side! Collusion. Gave 1 star as the agent who showed me around was great but the rest cannot be trusted.

Disregard to the well-being of their tenants and only show loyalty to the landlord. Still trying to charging check in and out fees and more despite the new Tenancy Act being passed as of June. Awfull staff (Richard) absolute joke. Always getting fobbed off when phoning to speak with someone saying they will phone you back and never get a reply. Overpriced unfair charges made with your deposit money without consulting you when you move out.

Avoid like the plague...if I could give them a minus number instead of 1 star I would. Unprofessional dismissive liars for estate agents. Persistent failure to maintain the property my wife and i were in for 7 years to the point they used their failures to take our deposit. Rude arrogant people who look down on you. And when openly reviewed on Facebook they played dirty and get your account shut down by reporting it in such a way it cant be recovered. This company are Torie Britain personified. They shouldn't be allowed to operate.
