I settled on Frost's to sell my mother's house after much research. In the end I felt that the choice was obvious, Frost's being very long established in the area, having a network of offices across the region, and experienced staff who plainly knew their business. I was treated with utmost respect and courtesy at all times by all of the staff with whom I had contact - no exceptions. My first contact was with the Gerrards Cross office with whom I remained. I initially spoke to Matthew Craft whom I found well mannered, knowledgeable and informative without being in the least bit pushy. I dealt with others, such as Lizzie, all excellent, but I would like to single out for special mention Jackie Spring. She was quite simply outstanding - a superb communicator and intermediary between the eventual purchaser and me and utterly professional throughout.
