Overall, our experience with Martin & Co as international students was quite positive. It was our first time apartment hunting, and Huzaifa helped us with all of our small and big queries. The process was fast, and they were responsive as well. However, one aspect that could be improved upon is the handling of the inventory checklist. Future customers and letting agents should be more cautious in ensuring that new tenants are informed about any damages present in the apartment during the checks. This includes what will be fixed, replaced, or if there are any issues that cannot be addressed. This would help new tenants be better prepared for their moving date. After that inventory check, this was the only thing we were not very happy about. Additionally, for future tenants, we advise checking everything thoroughly during the viewing, as you may not always get the chance to view the property multiple times. Having said that Despite this, after our move, Martin & Co agents namely Huzaifa and Namrah were quite helpful in getting things fixed promptly. Thankyou

In general the agency has helped us to get a nicely located flat. Although there were some issues in the beginning such as the flat being not thoroughly cleaned and falty equipment, etc. The staff, especially Yvonne and Nick are always welcoming and of great help to us! Everyone tries to stay optimistic when it comes to the property and they truly try hard to make us feel comfortable.
