Had the worst experience with this agency. Staff are dismissive, tage ages to respond, did not properly deal with any of our concerns and seemed pretty apathetic. So glad we are with another agency now. Would avoid at all costs!

Absolutely worst people setting in this firm. Especially Huzaifa Tariq, who book viewing then make excuses that weather is not suitable etc. He should resign this job.

Not only did they provide an awful service, but their conduct was also deeply concerning. I found the staff to be unprofessional, rude, and completely indifferent to my needs as a customer. To make matters worse, I experienced instances of racism during my interactions with them, which left me feeling hurt and targeted. This is not something anyone should have to endure while looking for a place to call home. Moreover, the letting agent made false promises and repeatedly lied about the condition of the property I was interested in. It became evident that they were more interested in making a quick profit than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability resulted in significant harm to me, both emotionally and financially. I strongly advise others to avoid this letting agent and consider alternative options with trustworthy and reputable companies. I believe it’s essential to shed light on such practices, as they can adversely affect others looking for housing. Remember to document any evidence of the issues you’ve faced to strengthen your case if needed. If possible, seek assistance from local housing authorities or consumer protection agencies to address your concerns appropriately.

Title: A Nightmarish Experience - Avoid This Letting Agent at All Costs! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Words can hardly express the sheer disappointment and frustration I encountered with this letting agent. My interactions with them were nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of their services. From the very beginning, their customer service was appalling, showing a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for my concerns. Not only did they fail to provide any helpful assistance, but their attitude towards me bordered on outright hostility. But that's not the worst of it. I was shocked and appalled to discover blatant instances of racism during our dealings. It's unacceptable in this day and age to experience such discriminatory treatment from a company that should be held to higher standards. Adding insult to injury, the letting agent constantly misled me with false promises and lies about the property I was interested in. It was painfully evident that they cared more about their own agenda than the well-being and satisfaction of their clients. As a result of their dishonesty and incompetence, I suffered significant harm, both emotionally and financially. This experience has left me deeply scarred and wary of any future dealings with letting agents. This letting agency in Glasgow is an absolute nightmare! They are the worst, nothing but scammers. Terrible communication, zero response to queries or repairs. They just want your money without delivering anything in return. Unprofessional, heartless, and completely unethical. Avoid this agency at all costs - they can't be trusted. Don't make the same mistake I did!

They market hopelessly uninhabitable property to students. And the agent was 1 hour late.

Very frustrating experience. Attempted to purchase a property but due to late reply and not answering emails I lost it to another bidder. The excuse of "being out of the office" wasn't acceptable as on more occasion I had to wait over 24 hours for a property I knew would be attracting a lot of attention. I was informed that I would be informed as soon as they had the answers to my questions, but seeing as every time I called up they had the answer to my question, it was clear they didn't see it as a matter of urgency. After explaining my frustration about said events there was no apology or adequate explanation. Would not recommend at all.

Forever had issues. Never had a response from the office. They're quick to take your cash though. I left a flat three months ago and still haven't received my deposit back. Nightmare. Don't bother using themNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

As this was a tenancy changeover, the agreement amongst yourselves was for the new tenant to pay your share of the deposit directly to yourself. You, being the lead tenant were emailed by the SDS for the deposit to be transferred over to the new tenancy, which you approved at the time. Don't even deserve a single star review.Totally unprofessional and unsupportive staff. Had a worst experience with this agency as a Tenant during Covid situation. Inspite of reporting big serious issues in the flat (windows leakage, Boiler breakdown, etc) which was causing serious health issues the agency didn't respond at all and totally neglected it. Instead the agency blamed us for everything when we went in the office to discuss the matter after not replying to our emails. Avoid this agency and look out for professional ones in the market and those who really care for you.

Worst Agency in the UK. Don't even deserve 1 star.Totally Unprofessional and only stealing your money. Stay away from this agency. Just stay away. Scottish Government should shut down this fake agency. They don't care for you and no response from them where Emergency fix is required in the flat. Also very rude behaviour from the staff. I rented one of the flat from them recently in COVID situation and had to leave within 17 days because of major issues in the flat. There was complete leakage to all the windows in the flats, Boiler Breakdown and exhaust fan issues. I emailed them and call them couple of times but no one visited for Inspection. In the COVID situation and temperature around -1 C me and my wife were suffering from Cold due to cold breeze leaking through the windows and all the way entering into the flat and boiler breakdown added to our challenges. We have to keep heaters switch ON all the time but still no relief.We left the flat as early as possible since it was causing serious health issues. We talked to M. Nawaz who runs this agency but there were was no positive response on the deposit/rent returns even they didn't acknowledge the issues in the flat and instead blamed us and the flat. Totally irresponsible and disrespectful behaviour. We just left the flat and don't want to see their faces or the agency in the future or even deal with such rude and not caring people. Stay away from this agency. They just steal your money.There are lot of agencies in the market who are caring and Professional.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hi Ravi, Really sorry to hear you have had bad experience with us, your tenancy started on 19th April 2021 Spring and ended due to 28days minimum notice period required on 4th of June 2021, you were only charged rent until 4th June remaining deposit was refunded to you by Safe Deposit Scheme. We spoke to landlord straight after you mentioned about windows, landlord has been renting this property for good few years and never have had such issue, therefore he refused to change windows to double glazed. There is no gas in the building therefore no gas boiler in this flat, it is only electric heating. You reported extractor fan which landlord refused to replace due to electrician recommendation, hot water tank was reported and checked by electrician straight away. We tried our best to resolve all the issues you raised, please feel free to contact us if you require more details.
