We sold our property via RMJ this year, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of doing the same. The key things for us were; 1. Marketing of our property - they use a professional photographer for internal and external pictures, which looked amazing and really highlighted the best features. 2. Vetted and Ready Buyers - prospective buyers have already shown they are in a position to proceed, so you don't get any time wasters. And they had multiple buyers already interested in properties like ours, so we had a couple of offers at asking price and had agreed a sale within 4 days of going on the market. 3. The Team - across the board, everyone at RMJ Gravesend was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Buying, selling and moving can potentially be really stressful, so having the team in our corner was a massive help for us.

I had such a great experience with the agency. All members of staff I had the pleasure of speaking with were so friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Communication was great, someone was always available to take my call, even if the person I wanted to speak to was unavailable another member of staff was able to help which was helpful and minimised the need to call back or wait for a call back. I was even getting responses on a Sunday which again is amazing service. All in all, a great team who go above and beyond and provide an excellent service, I defiantly recommend.

We sold our house through RMJ and the process couldn’t have been easier. From our valuation to having the pictures taken it was so easy and the staff made it a pleasure to work with them. I felt I could ask them all the questions I had and they were all answered to put my mind at rest, even though they had probably heard them all before. Our house sold on the first weekend of going up, with many offers for us to choose from. RMJ also managed to find the house we bought for us, through the many houses on their books, we were able to have a large choice of properties. The whole buying and selling with RMJ was so seamless and easy and I was constantly kept up to date with the whole process. Ben also did our mortgage, we had used him a couple of times before so we knew we were in safe hands and with it all under one roof it saved me having to update each other as this was all done in house. I would certainly recommend RMJ, we sold our house in Nov 21, found our dream home in Jan 22 and exchanged and completed in March 22. They really do work as a team in branch and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

I can safely say that Andy is genuinely one of the nicest, straightforward, upfront estate agent. He didn't try to play us off against the seller just straightforward nice and easy what would you like and went and got it for us. After somewhat terrible experiences previously with estate agents I can safely say that if you get Andy is your estate agent you are going to be more than happy.

Recently let a property with this company. Conversations initially started with Chloë who was fantastic at educating us on the process before her team took over. Mostly dealt with Hollie & Ellie who have been superb and communication is rapid with the way they have it setup. Very happy all round!

The RMJ Lettings team were brilliant throughout letting out my house. This is my experience of using a letting agent and my main contact initially was Chloe who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and proactive whilst also being very patient with a new landlord!
