As a first team landlord the team gave good advice, were very helpful helping me to achieve the rent I needed & to ensure the house was ready for tenants.

I initially used another, more moderately priced, ea for my sale and purchase. RM&J are the dominant firm in the area for a reason and it simply isn’t worth the time, effort and disappointment of going with a less well established firm. It won’t save you money in the long run. Tom and Andy were excellent. When it mattered they were hands on and pro-active, working hard and creatively, doing what needed to be done to get the sale through.
