Selling of my home

I have been really impressed with the service I have received whilst selling my property. They have kept in touch, chased my enquiries and always got back to me on the same day even if it was just for a quick update which was something very important to me as you feel you are being kept up to date in the process. In addition, Daniel went the extra mile to obtain information and clarity on the sale's progress and I would recommend them as an Estate Agent to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Very professional yet personal service

I have previously sold a property and had bad experiences with Estate Agents however I must say that Naz re-installed my faith in this business. The service he provided was to a high standard professionally yet it felt like he was dealing with us on a personal level.. Thank you for the very quick sale with no problems along the way.

The only sanity in our chaotic move

We were dealing with 3 estate agents in our recent move and Thomas Marsh were heads above the rest. Pat in the office needs a special mention. She is dedicated to moving the sale forward once an offer has been accepted and being the middle man. You would think this is what all estate agents do but surprisingly they do not. Pat was a breath of fresh air and without her the process would have been 10 times harder. I highly recommend their services!

Buy To Let Investment

Spoke to Naz of Thomas Marsh in early January 2016 expressing our interest in buying a buy to let investment in the Purfleet area! Naz explained everything to us talking us through the area etc... They located us a fantastic apartment which we put in an offer for and got excepted although there was a slightly higher offer... From the beginning process of buying and eventually renting the property and after dealing with the wonderful Patricia at Thomas Marsh these guys completely restored my faith in some select!! few!! James at Thomas Marsh provided me with an A1 service from start to finish.

James managed to get me a viewing and from the start was open, honest and always available. On the odd occasion that James wasn't in the office he had updated his colleagues so we were always able to progress with the purchase which is why I believe we managed to complete within 6 weeks. The most inspiring thing about this process was James 'Can Do' attitude regardless to obstacles encountered. This made me feel well supported and confident through this purchase. I never thought I was going to actually own a second property due to my previous bad experiences with other agents but James at Thomas Marsh made this possible and his professionalism has been invaluable.

Agent review

I dealt with Tom with viewings an he was very friendly and helpful. Once offer was accepted I dealt with Patricia ewho was very helpful, supportive an empathic through what was a very difficult buying process. I would recommend this company to any one buying or selling a property.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

The agent who conducted our viewing really put himself out to see that we moved in as quickly and as easily as possible. Being extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Whilst moving is always stressful this was rendered far less so as a result.. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone.else.

Great company, great people!

Thomas Marsh moved me into my first flat to rent and they did an excellent job. Moving out for the first time is rather daunting but Thomas Marsh were there for me every step of the way. The amount of calls of questions I flooded them with and they were ALWAYS there happy to help. We mainly dealt with Alette and she was really great - I don't know how she put up with me! But even when she wasn't around, there would be someone in the office to help. The night before I moved in I actually went into the office to pick up some documents and I was so nervous about the next day and everyone there were so lovely and reassuring. James, who works at Thomas Marsh, was also reassuring me and was telling me how he actually sold the flat to my Landlord and all the history etc which really put me at ease! The only thing I'm upset about is that, unfortunately, it is not being managed by them! But at some point this year I will be looking to buy and I will definitely be getting in touch with Thomas Marsh to help me purchase my first house!
