I sold my flat through Thomas Marsh in February 2015 from James coming to value my property to the brilliant listing that was produced and the amount of views arranged I couldn't have been happier, feedback was always given which is a massive help when selling. Jay helped negotiate the sale of my flat and I know everyone there help me achieve the best price I could get and all for a very resonable fee. I was keeped informed all the way through the sale and whenever I called I was helped and calls back always came. Simply the best

Thomas Marsh was the first agent I contacted when I put my property on the market. This wasn’t due to a leaflet pushed through my door making bold claims and promises, it was simply due to how many SOLD boards they had up in my area. You can’t get a better advertisement than that! and following my initial consultation I decided they were the agents I wanted to sell my property and I have not been disappointed! Thomas Marsh have been excellent at every stage of the process. I was impressed with the depth of their local knowledge at my initial consultation and very happy with the realistic and achievable valuation I was given. The relaxed and friendly way they conduct themselves was refreshing too, no hard sell and no pressure or harassment to make a quick decision to appoint them.. The quality of their properly adverts is excellent too and really did my property justice. Most important they deliver. Within days of the property going on sale they had organised an open house viewing for the following Saturday afternoon and on the Monday morning I had several full asking price offers to consider. But they didn’t stop there, once I had accepted an offer their sales progression team took over and pro-actively managed the sale through all the inevitable ups and downs to successful completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Marsh to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a property and I would personally like to thank Naz and his team for all their hard work. Perfect service

I have just recently sold my flat through Thomas Marsh. and could not be happier with the service we recieved. From the moment we marketed the property with them they had constant viewings arranged showing how proactive they were to sell the property. All the estate agents were very approachable particularly Naz Miah who was a very good point of contact for us and also very friendly and knowledgable. He even set an agreed fee for the estate agents service which I found very flexible and beneficial to our sale as it saved us money. We had several points of contact at Thomas Marsh Naz Miah and Louise. We had a lot of problems with contact between our solicitors and the buyers solicitors and every time we needed someone to contact them Louise was able to do this for us and have our questions and concerns addressed. Even now having sold and paid Thomas Marsh they are still taking in our stray mail and notifying us that it is there for collection. All round a completely excellent service and estate agents who I would recommended to anyone.
