Exceeded expectation
My experience with Thomas Marsh far exceeded my expectations, my point of contact Naz was very knowledgeable about the housing market from both my sale and purchase points. We found them to be full informative and helpful whenever we asked questions, but to be honest they kept us fully informed at every turn and gave very good advice. I would not hesitate in recommending Thomas Marsh to act for me again. First time buyers.
As a first time buyers my partner and I found the whole experience to be very stressful, however the staff at Thomas Marsh were fantastic! As a company they were very efficient and helped get things moving along very quickly. They were always happy to help with any queries that we had. James and Louise were great in always touching base and communicating with us. They provided a great service and I would be happy to recommend them to friends who are looking to buy or sell..

Great Experience
I cannot speak highly enough of Thomas Marsh. Naz and James in particular were excellent. My purchase was very complicated and it wouldn't have reached this point had it not been for the professionalism and hard work of Naz. The property was outside of their area however they were very accommodating when it came to viewings and local knowledge. My most important quality in an agent is good communication and this is an area Thomas Marsh excel in. I will certainly use Thomas Marsh again in the future. Exceptional
I remember the first time I walked into this Office one Saturday morning with my wife. We were actually looking to rent to then buy later but they didn't have any property at the time in Chafford Hundred. So they put us on the list and then got talking about buying. We were called when a property came on the market for sale and here we are moving into our property as I type. James, Jay and Naz are the most down to earth guys you will ever meet. Very professional and at the same time very friendly. We could have spent the whole day in their office. Won't forget to mention Louise, thanks for all your help. Keep up the good work guys..... Excellent
I had the pleasure of getting to know Naz from Thomas Marsh some two years ago when I took a call on behalf of my son who was buying a property through his agency. I found he had such an easy approach that I soon got back in touch with him and with his expert advice and guidance I also purchased property for investment and have never looked back. I have since highly recommended his company to others who have also accomplished very positive business . Naz, Katie and their team all give their full support and service every step of the way. Thomas Marsh is in my opinion the best agents you will find.

Great Service
I rent my house out through Thomas Marsh. Naz Miah of Thomas Marsh spent time assessing my property and informing me of the rental process. He took plenty of photos and found me tenants I really like within a couple of days of taking over the rental of the property. When I've had queries the staff responded the same day and resolved any queries or issues I've raised. I feel confident that my house is being rented to decent tenants who always pay the rent on time and that the agents are not just renting my house to obtain the commission but really care about their business. This agency deserves to win awards as they are reliable and honest. Unlike some other agents I have used in Grays that have been fairly useless.

First class service
I have had dealings with a number of estate agents in Grays in a variety of capacities for many years now and have known Thomas Marsh since February 2011. Thomas Marsh are organised, efficient and extremely competent with the dealings I have had with them, I real first class service. In summary, I highly recommend them for any endeavour.

Professional, caring
I want to say how professional, caring you all are. You spent lots of time answering all my questions, whenever I phoned up you got back to me straight away if you was on the other line. Nothing was ever a problem for you guys and I found myself not just trusting you with the sale of our house but you become a kinda friend to me. Everything was professional from start to finish.
