I have now bought and sold a property through Move revolution and would definitely recommend to anyone buying/selling in the Haywards Heath area. Throughout the process, I was constantly kept in the loop and had confidence that the team were proactively following up on the progress of the purchase/sale.PositiveResponsiveness
Buying a house through Move Revolution was a positive experience. Liam Campbell kept me well informed with clear explanations and timeframes. A professional and courteous chap, very pleasant to deal with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Being a fast time buyer I would like to thank Move Revolution and in particular Mat Gurr who has answered every question i have however silly with patience and high degree of professionalism. as I go throught the process. of buying my first property.
I had an extremely stressful experience with Move Revolution during the sale process. Despite writing several emails to them, I received no reply and there was no sales coordinator to assist with our sale, despite their brochure stating that one would be available throughout the process. When I reached out to the director, he replied saying he was unwilling to handle my request. Additionally, I was promised a £600 reduction, but when the invoice arrived, it only reflected a reduction of £520. Nothing went smoothly during the sale, and I would not consider using this company again. Furthermore, I felt ignored when I reached out via email, and I was later threatened and blackmailed, being told that they would involve a debt collection agency if I did not pay an invoice within one day. This invoice was at the incorrect price, as I have screenshots of messages showing that I was promised a £600 reduction. It was an awful experience dealing with this company. I also have a business in the area, and multiple clients have reported appalling service as well. It seems that all Move Revolution cares about is the commission they want to receive. Throughout my dealings, I interacted with Paul Mulligan, Dan Harvey, Rosie, and several other colleagues at the branch.
Horrendous service, extremely disappointed with this company as it's staff are incompetent and unable to tell the difference between what is personal and what is business.
We have bought three houses in the past with other estate agents no problems. We were told as buyers that the sellers were not accepting any higher offers because they liked the family they were selling too and would not let us make a higher offer, we found this strange. So we contacted the owners directly and they said they would consider higher offers. That was the first lie by move revolution Haywards Heath. Then the owners got in contact with us to see if the estate agent had contacted us. We had received no communication from move revolution and all previous communication had been by phone prior. The sellers got the agents to call us and the second lie they told us was that they had accidentally put our email address in incorrectly. But we know this not to be true as when you send an email to a incorrect address you get a notification email to say it has not been delivered. They undervalued our own property by £25,000 as we had two further valuations from local established agents. I wouldn't touch this agency with a barge pole to buy or sell. They give good agency's a bad name.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
I would warn landlords against using this company for your property. The Lettings team were paid a full service management fee to manage my property and full rent guarantee payment premiums were paid. The tenants have left the property with nearly £1000 rent owing and about £2-3,000 of repairs to get the property back in the state it was when I handed it over. The company did not add in additional clauses that were requested, put tenants into the property without telling me, signed on my behalf without me even seeing a tenancy agreement, haven’t kept invoices for repairs, didn’t send documentation for months and I had to chase for a significant period of time to receive any rent. They overlooked outstanding gas safety certificates for two months without realising (and only after my solicitor asked for records!), only did one inspection a month before the end of the tenancy and noted the condition as good. They couldn’t account for keys at the end of the tenancy and so locks had to be changed, and now they seem incompetent to transfer the deposit scheme and insurance into my name because I have lost all trust that they will do an adequate job of claiming the money owed. Towards the end of the tenancy there was a water leak which they didn’t support with because it was end of tenancy and the contract had ended- despite them also selling the house! In 12 months I have dealt with 7 employees in the letting team whom are all as incompetent as each other. Their opening hours are longer than other agencies in order to provide a high quality service but yet it takes on average more than 48 hours for anyone to respond and never are the responses meaningful. I have asked for updates and confirmation of process and never had any details or support. I’ve emailed directors expressing my disappointment and never had a response. Only now I have lodged a formal complaint did I get a response from the owner. Even then the owner shirked the complaint off, said he didn’t deal with complaints and passed me to someone else whom I’m still to hear from. The tenants left the property 2.5 weeks ago and I still can’t access the deposit scheme and the insurers won’t deal with me. I’m now over £3k out of pocket because of this company. If you want a company that really don’t care about your property, leave you with high costs of disrepair, and outstanding rent, and whom are happy to take your money whilst providing zero service then this is the letting agent for you! This is how my property was handed back to me.
