Lucy took ownership to set this up for me, she took down all of my details and arranged a valuation without me needing to contact anyone else. Lucy made the whole process really easy for me which was appreciated. She also gave me great insight and understanding into the current market - couldn't recommend her enough!

We recently viewed a property through this branch. Abi arrived punctually and was well prepared for the view. She has given good information about the house. After the viewing, she followed up promptly and even though we intended not to give an offer to the viewed property, she is helpful in recommending some surveying and conveyancing service to help us proceed with our purchase of another property.
