The team at white gates have been extremely helpful with helping us find a new rented property. Due to suffering with depression living in our current house was making it unbearable to cope. Whitegates were very understanding and helpful in sending us all we needed to complete applications and now we get our keys in just under 2 weeks!! and we can't wait to start fresh in our new home. When I was thinking about buying a small property to let I had no idea how to go about it so I asked a friend that I knew had a couple of properties that she let. She told me she used Lisa at Whitegates, saying that she took care of everything and was more than happy with the service. I contacted Lisa found her to be very friendly and helpful - she even met up with us on site when considering a purchase. She was able to offer lots of useful advice and suggestions and confirmed that she could deal with everything and I wouldn't have any worries.
