The team at Whitegates Heanor are genuinely exceptional. Estate agents often get a bad press so it's really nice to be able to effuse genuinely about these guys. Sally and Louise should be delivering training in customer service because they're both brilliant. They're patient, and listen, and were both really personable, which is worth such a lot in what can be a very fraught process when buying/selling your house. But just being lovely people isn't the end of it. They're both seriously dedicated and never failed to to go chasing people in our long chain.
