We were with whitegates for a couple of years and i must say communication from the team was always quick and with the information needed. Any queries were dealt with quickly and you would be kept up to date, we unfortunately had to move from the area and also white gates and the company we are with now i must say don't rate anywhere near 5 stars like these guys do. I found Lisa at Whitegates friendly and efficient. She did a great job of marketing my property quickly and had a tenant move in within a couple of weeks. All requests were dealt with in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend!

The letting office in Heanor are absolutely superb. Lisa runs a brilliant team. From start to finish concerning a property to rent for my daughter and her children it all went very smoothly, which is a credit to the teams professionalism. I must mention Lisa who showed me and my daughter around the property to rent, she was excellent and came across as very professional in what she does. The team are friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very well run office and my daughter and I will definitely use their services again in the future.
