She was a kind agent and really showed passion when talking about the properties she was showing but also property in general. She said she hadn’t been to the first property in person before but you would never know. She was informative and had all the information at her fingertips. She was able to tell us when the property was converted and the boiler was installed and serviced for example. I felt she read our non verbal cues well and when she could sense the first property was not for us she didn’t labour the point but then went on to describe structural changes could be made and the potential costs. The second property was more of our type of house and she was open to our questions. She followed up for feedback and then I spoke to her again today with property updates that she thought I may be interested in.
