We initially went with Goodman and Lilley for our sale which was a huge mistake as they are dreadful. We went back to CJ Hole after having a bad time and they provided an excellent service in the recent sale of our property. From the initial contact to the subsequent sale, every step has been handled professionally and re assuringly. If I could give CJ Hole 10 stars I would. From George and the sales team in Westbury-On-Trym who made selling our home so straightforward to Lorraine in Henleaze who managed to progress the chain when everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I dont think our chain would have completed at all without her! In an industry where standards of customer care dont seem to be very high CJ Hole are a shining example of how to look after your customers during an incredibly stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough and my family and I are so grateful for all the help and support CJ Hole have given us!

Initially went with another Estate Agent, but after 3 months, numerous viewings, but no offers decided to try CJ Hole in Henleaze. It turned out to be the best decision. Two weeks later, had an offer on the table which we accepted. From the first meeting with Dan we found CJ Hole very professional. Now the house sale has gone through, we can not fault CJ Hole at all. CJ Hole have been great from start to finish. Joseph was punctual, friendly and informative on our viewing and helped answer any questions we had. Throughout the buying process Kate Cullen has been an absolute star, we honestly could not have done it without her. She has gone out of her way to help us with anything. Helping to chase our solicitors when they were ignoring us. Keeping us informed on what was happening and explaining anything we didn't understand and was a huge part of getting the property pushed over the line for our deadline so we weren't left homeless when our rental flat ran out. Buying our house took a long time due to legal wranglings but it was good that George and Lorraine were always on hand to answer questions and make us feel a little more relaxed regarding the process. They were also very good at pushing things along and making sure they didn't stagnate.
