For some reason this review is insisting on using my Bedstretch company account (we make bed extenders), and as I can't find a way to change it, here goes .... we recently completed on a personal house sale with C J Hole Westbury office and I would like to commend all staff for their proactive work ethic (we were previously listed with another estate agent but to no avail) but especially Lorraine who very patiently acted as an almost daily go between between the buyer and myself throughout the sale process and we got there - whoopee - thanks Lorraine and CJ Hole

My experiences of purchasing a property via Estate Agent C J Hole's Henleaze Branch in Bristol were excellent. In particular Kate Cullen,Sales Negotiator,was the star of the show in all respects. She made contact with me immediately I had expressed interest in buying the property concerned and realising this was my first property purchase she talked me through the logistics of property purchase showing great patience and understanding of my ignorance. Nothing was to much trouble throughout my succesful purchase and Kate was always very personably,kind and friendly. CJ Hole were excellent. They provided sound counsel on pricing to sell my Mum's house and sold it within a couple of months. Due to extenuating circumstances our side, the sale was paused but Kate kept the deal warm and helped to push things through, communicating as to where we are. After what was longer than it should have been, we completed at the originally agreed price. Would defo use again!

George is an excellent assessor of the value of your property and was amazing at setting up viewings promptly and finding the right buyer. Lorraine then co ordinated the relevant parties through to completion with great diplomatic skills. The rest of the team were always available to answer questions and pass on messages. Selling a property is a stressful exercise and is very good to have a supportive agent that you have confidence in.
