CJ Hole were excellent. They provided sound counsel on pricing to sell my Mum's house and sold it within a couple of months. Due to extenuating circumstances our side, the sale was paused but Kate kept the deal warm and helped to push things through, communicating as to where we are. After what was longer than it should have been, we completed at the originally agreed price. Would defo use again!

George is an excellent assessor of the value of your property and was amazing at setting up viewings promptly and finding the right buyer. Lorraine then co ordinated the relevant parties through to completion with great diplomatic skills. The rest of the team were always available to answer questions and pass on messages. Selling a property is a stressful exercise and is very good to have a supportive agent that you have confidence in.

We recently purchased our new property with the help of CJ Hole. If I could give CJ Hole 10 stars I would. From George and the sales team in Westbury-On-Trym who made selling our home so straightforward to Lorraine in Henleaze who managed to progress the chain when everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I dont think our chain would have completed at all without her! In an industry where standards of customer care dont seem to be very high CJ Hole are a shining example of how to look after your customers during an incredibly stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough and my family and I are so grateful for all the help and support CJ Hole have given us!

Initially went with another Estate Agent, but after 3 months, numerous viewings, but no offers decided to try CJ Hole in Henleaze. It turned out to be the best decision.
