Selling a property can be one of the most challenging and stressful of life events. However It proved to be a real pleasure dealing with Jenna Henley and her team at the Heywood office when selling our property. They were honest from the start as to how long the process might take so when we eventually sold the property and then completed we were kept in the loop at all times. Fantastic Estate agents, simply the best! So we put our house on the market back in 2023 and stupidly went with the cheapest option full of promises of quick sales etc.. But after 5-6 months we'd hardly had but a handful of viewings! So we decided to switch to Ryder & Dutton and within days of them taking over our listing we started to get viewings after viewings and within about 6 weeks we had an offer and our sale was agreed.
