Jenna was fantastic and very informative when showing us around the property and then Catherine went above and beyond throughout, she always kept us up to date and nothing was too much trouble for her she was always on the other end of the phone or email and more than happy to help. They were great with arranging initial viewings for us that fit in with our work and home life, offering evening viewings shown around by the vendors. 10/10 service, Catherine is an asset to the team!

I unfortunately didn't use Ryder and Dutton to sell my property but they acted for our seller. To say that Catherine went above and beyond is an understatement. She was absolutely pivotal in helping the sale go through as we had so many issues with the council and land registry. Would highly recommend and only wished she had been out estate agent.
