If you want to sell your house, use Megan at Ryder & Dutton. With all the moving parts and all the chasing involved with solicitors and the vendor's estate agent, Megan was the only proactive one, chasing all parties and keeping in contact with me daily to give me updates. Megan makes things happen.

I supported my daughters to buy their first house, and because of their working hours I ended up dealing with all the professionals. Throughout the process, Catherine at Ryder and Dutton in Heywood was brilliant. She made what was a complex move easy to navigate due to her pro active and professional support and timely comnication. My only regret is that I did not appoint Ryder and Dutton to manage the sale of my own property which was proceeding at the same time as helping my daughters to buy their home.
