I recently instructed Ryder and Dutton to sell a property in Heywood. From the outset, I spoke to the branch manager Fran, who I found to be both knowledgeable and professional, answering all questions I had initially and making my choice of which agent to use an easy one. I found the second agent uninterested and simply after a quick sale. Jenna attended to take photographs and was professional throughout taking time to achieve images that best displayed the property. Tom was then appointed to manage the sale and I found him very professional throughout. He would regularly update me, communicate effectively with all parties, to include solicitors and took the pressure off me.
