She explained the entire process to us and was extremely understanding and helpful when we were negotiating the offers on the property that we have bought. There was an element of trust and we appreciated that! She was excellent in answering our questions and going to the vendor and then coming back to us very promptly. She gets great pleasure it getting her work done efficiently and it shows. I spoke to her everyday from the point of getting the documents transferred, exchanging contract. It was extremely stressful for us as we had to exchange and complete prior to 30th June 2021. Emma was an angel and a star, she went through the journey with us and did more than her job!
