From meeting Mitchell at our house through to completion took less than 11 weeks as they managed the sale, pursuing buyers and understanding the buyers and ourselves. Caroline managed the sale excellently, always keeping us informed at all times and guiding us through the process with total professionalism. They are the best estate agents I’ve interacted with - having moved house a number of times across the UK. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I sold my flat via JNP earlier this year. The property was on the market end of July and I received an acceptable offer by mid August. The whole process was managed well from A - having the property valued to Z - exchanging contracts. My forward purchase was stressful due to my seller unreasonably threatening to pull out, I felt like our sales progressor (Jan) assisted massively in trying to get the different stakeholders to move the conveyancing along. It's a friendly team, and when I went to drop off my keys, I could tell the team were genuinely happy for me that the whole chain had completed.

JNP sold my flat within a few days of advertising it, and I was then passed to the Sales Progression team. They acted as liaison between my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors, who were shockingly inefficient and unprofessional. But eventually all issues were resolved, and completion took place today, with funds transferred.
