We got our offer accepted all the way back at the beginning of 2024, our solicitors were very hard to work with, but JNP were very active in telling us everything that was happening. Lisa Smith went out of her way to find out what was happening with our purchase and what steps we were at. I was also expecting a baby in Feb 2025 so it was important we got the house sorted by then. No matter what time of the day Lisa didn’t hesitate to answer our questions or tell us what she was waiting on from our solicitor. It made life so much easier knowing what was going on behind the scenes through Lisa, as without her we wouldn’t have had a clue what was going on. We have finally got our completion done today January 2025 and can’t wait to start our own family in our own home.

This review is specifically for Janet that works here. Everyone tell you that buying a house is the most stressful thing you’ll go through in your life. Words cannot describe it and there is nothing you can do to prepare for it. I must say that at every step along the way you deal with many incompetent people who don’t care if you do or don’t get the property, rude, lazy and just a nightmare to deal with. Janet on the other hand does not fit this mould what so ever. Without her help and her amazing spirit and can do attitude I can assure you the sale of the property wouldn’t have happened. She was there with us at every step of the way and actually fought in our corner for us. I bothered this poor lady three times a week for six months and she was the same lovely hard working lady from start to finish. I cannot emphasise how amazing she is and she deserve all the praise in the world
