We were fortunate enough to have Janet Chandler assisting us in our purchase of a flat for our daughter in High Wycombe. The process was subject to a number of delays due to the Management Company and Solicitors, however Jan was always the reassuring voice on the end of the phone! She assisted hugely in liaising between all sides and in progressing matters; without Jan I am not convinced the sale would have gone ahead. The service that I received from Jan the sales processor at JNP was amazing, I accepted an offer on my property in March and after a very long stressful time completed in October, during this time Jan was dedicated and determine to ensure that the sale went smoothly she kept me up to date with the process, was always available to answer my questions, constantly chasing up the solicitors and buyer.
