Fantastic service throughout! We initially dealt with Martin the estate agent who was lovely! He showed us around the home and knew everything about the property. He kept us informed and updated all the time which allowed us to make the best offer to get our house. We then dealt with Jan the sales progressor, such a lovely lady! She supported us from the moment our offer was accepted up to the point of completion. She was more excited for us than we were!! She went above and beyond her role to help with both the sellar and us (the buyers). We are first time buyers so there were so many new things to learn but she made the process so much easier and dealt with all the stressful situations so we didn’t have to. She was a great connect for the solicitors on both sides and helped ensure any differences between both were resolved through good communication. She always kept me informed and updated which is just what I needed with a busy work schedule. We had a quick completion and that was mostly thanks to Jan. Mat took fantastic photos of our property and had the brochure ready within days.
