One estate agent never showed and we chased them about this, they never got back to us, the next one showed zero enthusiasm for the property and was quite negative on the price, the third company were good and we almost went with them till they told us ‘photos normally cost £300 but there’s a deal to get them for £50 at the moment’ then this company hounded us daily for a decision and then there was Stow Brothers who were realistic, no jargon, no extra charges, friendly, enthusiastic and gave us time without hassling us. The photos taken of our flat were stunning and it sold within one week above asking price, after one day of viewings. SB were helpful throughout the selling process and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them!

I have bought ,sold several properties in London and the south east area over the last few years. My latest property was let and fully managed for the last10 yearswith this agency. I decided to sell so naturelly it was this Estate agent which was chosen to handle the sale. From the first visit John for the Highams Park branch was super helpful and encouraging that we would not have a problem selling. The high quality of the brochures and effort put in was not something I have seen before from other agents. The team went out their way to try and organise visits on the same days where possible, and were always in touch with update. We did, of course, find a buyer and from the on we were in the safe and super capable hands of Jacey. She was so hands on and on top of everything to do with our sales - which not only meant we were confident things were moving but we managed to complete a lot quicker than I thought we would.
