From first meeting right through to exchange Stow Bros, Highams Park really have been a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff from, Jon, the branch manager downwards have done everything they can to make a stressful process as easy and as smooth as possible. But the stand out addition to the team has to be Paul Leonard. He came onboard to manage my sale just as we were approaching exchange. We encountered a number of issues that made for an extremely frustrating several weeks. But Paul managed to navigate these issues with exemplary professionalism, somehow managing to keep the whole show going, liaising with other agents as well as multiple solicitors to ensure we kept moving forwards. That level of professionalism is all too often a rarity, but in Paul it's his default position. A truly great level of service. A huge credit to himself and to the Stow Bros team. Fantastic.
