By leaps and bounds, Stow Brothers are the greatest estate agent we've ever dealt with. They were kind, honest, helpful, reasonable, responsive and fair at every step of everything. They sold our home very quickly for a great price. The listing was exceptional, as they only use high-end photographers and have excellent copywriters - we both work in comms/marketing, and were very impressed with the work. They're established as an anti-geezer estate agent (you get the sense that they're borderline 'anti-estate agents' in certain respects - they didn't show us any dodgy properties in our own hunt, didn't waste our time or send us options above our budget once - which was such a breath of fresh air and something the market needs more of). And having used the online only agencies in the past, it was clinically obvious how much more value we gained in having people to talk to and meet with, relative to any savings from those platforms. They were never pushy, but when we asked if they had any preferred partners for conveyancing etc they had excellent suggestions that were great to work with. Honestly, it's easy to see why they're doing so well and have grown across the area in such a short period of time. I like them so much I'd consider moving again just to do business with them again.
