I used Stow Brothers to let my flat (fully managed) for a year, and then also went with them as the agent when I then sold the flat. Everyone I dealt with in both the lettings team and sales team were always incredibly responsive and professional. From start to finish, they made the process extremely easy. Any issues that arose whilst I was letting the flat were dealt with e.g. liaising with electricians/plumbers, sourcing quotes and ensuring that jobs were done reliably. The marketing was excellent for both the letting and the sale, neither took too long and I think they represent excellent value for money. In particular Nathan and Lachlan were incredibly helpful throughout. We had our flat up with other agents in Highams park, despite being promised viewings and people interested we had 0 viewings in months, the communication was terrible, I struggled to get a response when i called and just the lack of professionalism was shocking. We changed agents to the Stow Brothers and I was impressed as soon as I met with them. Friendly, professional, they know the market extremely well and best of all they are Pro-active.
