Bad experience. After I made a cash offer, rang them to see if it was excepted. Within 2 mins I was called rude and hang up on me. Very unprofessional, I don't know how cheap they are. Can't be that cheap. Bad service, I wouldn't let them sell my pushbike. Never mind a house.

We had a bad experience too. Firstly you were aggressive, rude to my staff and hadn't even seen the property in question. You then knocked on the sellers door unannounced - which was inappropriate especially during these times with Covid. You need to learn some manners. We have the call (you made to the Hinckley office) recorded, and you should call back and apologise.

Very poor customer service. The owner Steve, is a compulsive lier. I told him things he then rang up the landlord and told him the exact opposite of what I said. I know this as I had suspicion of him doing this before. So I rang him infront of my landlord, he than rang my langlord 15 minutes later and flat out lied. Poor service.

Hadeer, who are you? I've checked and you're not a customer of any of my branches, let alone a tenant. I think the liar is you. Any one that really knows me knows that I'm straight down the line and tell it how it is. Bless you for the malicious and false review.

Had a very rude and abrupt experience with Zoe at Martin and co Hinckley. We were first time buyers who weren’t taken seriously and were bullied into making decisions far quicker than we should have. Not being given time to get basic things done such as getting the unserviced boiler serviced. The estate agents were looking after both properties in the chain so didn’t remotely care about us- purely focussed on their commissions they were about to get paid (due to us buying the house at the bottom of the chain) I will never choose to deal with the estate agents again and they really ruined the exciting process and of buying our first home. Unnecessarily rude! Don’t work in a customer based industry if you don’t have the time, patients or manners to deal with customers.

Hi Kirsty, Thank you for the review. Purchasing a home within a chain can be very stressful for all parties involved, and constant delays and requests infuriate other vendors who wish to move on. You were given plenty of time to organise everything and we assisted you with contacts who could react quickly. I've read the emails and heard some of the conversations involved and Zoe wasn't rude. We were in fact more than patient considering other people within the chain were becoming increasingly stressed as time moved on and were instructing us to remarket. Maybe you'll appreciate this more when you decide to move on in the future and find yourself in the middle of a chain.

Had a second viewing at a property which me and my partner had booked with Mark. Having had a conversation and switching Saturday's off work which he was fully aware of I booked in for 11 however when I tried to ring at 10:45 to say we would be 5 minutes late, I kept getting disconnected from Stacy's phone. Eventually when I got through to Mark at 11:10, firstly he was extremely harsh and rude, I asked and began to inform him that we had a booking at 11 but was cut off to "Yeah, you weren't there". Never have I EVER been spoken to in this Way, especially with the intention of spending good money with a company. No communication skills, my first viewing with him he only spoke down and condescendingly about "stupid no shows who have missed out". No care or communication. I personally will be avoiding this company and my only advice is that if Mark is your letting agent. Cancel

OK. Having looked into this, your viewing was booked in for 10.30 not 11.00, and you arrived at 11.15. The viewer who did turn up on time at 10.45 applied for the property. We work on a first come first served basis, and you missed out.

Just had a really bad experience. My rental is in a sorry state. Dog urine all over carpets, excrement in garden. All walls really badly damaged. In an absolutely disgusting and badly damaged state throughout. Steve's response was 'i don't know why you're so upset, what did you expect, it just needs a clean' (i have this in writing) when in reality I have had to spend almost £4000 putting it right. Needless to say they are no longer my agent.

Stay away from this piss poor company. They don't communicate and as far as i can see are only interested in them selves. Twice now we have been lied to and poorly treated by these people. They re-advertised a house that we had an offer accepted on without telling us and we were meant to go and view a house recently and on the day of the viewing a STC went on the house and we wasnt even informed and would have wasted everyones time going to see the house. We also had to assume the viewing was going ahead as they never even called back to confirm. I would be embarrassed if i run a business like this!
