Had a second viewing at a property which me and my partner had booked with Mark. Having had a conversation and switching Saturday's off work which he was fully aware of I booked in for 11 however when I tried to ring at 10:45 to say we would be 5 minutes late, I kept getting disconnected from Stacy's phone. Eventually when I got through to Mark at 11:10, firstly he was extremely harsh and rude, I asked and began to inform him that we had a booking at 11 but was cut off to "Yeah, you weren't there". Never have I EVER been spoken to in this Way, especially with the intention of spending good money with a company. No communication skills, my first viewing with him he only spoke down and condescendingly about "stupid no shows who have missed out". No care or communication. I personally will be avoiding this company and my only advice is that if Mark is your letting agent. Cancel
Booked a viewing, tried calling numerous times on the day to explain we would be five minutes late and didn’t get through, finally did get through and Martin was extremely rude and said the property had been let. We received no phone call on the day or prior to say the property had been let, and the lack of communication was extremely disappointing. Will not be using.
Had a very rude and abrupt experience with Zoe at Martin and co Hinckley. We were first time buyers who weren’t taken seriously and were bullied into making decisions far quicker than we should have. Not being given time to get basic things done such as getting the unserviced boiler serviced. The estate agents were looking after both properties in the chain so didn’t remotely care about us- purely focussed on their commissions they were about to get paid (due to us buying the house at the bottom of the chain) I will never choose to deal with the estate agents again and they really ruined the exciting process and of buying our first home. Unnecessarily rude! Don’t work in a customer based industry if you don’t have the time, patients or manners to deal with customers.
