I have used Martin and Co for many years on the rental side as a landlord and they always make efforts to find the best tenants for us and we have a very good working relationship. Carolyn and Alison do a great job finding tenants often within days and getting properties re let at a good market value. I have recently for the first time started using them for the sales side and a new sales manager Dan has started who has taken on my sale and I must say how impressed I have been. Within a week Dan had got a house on the market and 5 offers at a good price one which I have accepted. He has been very communicative and proactive in getting things done.

I've rented with Martin & Co for over 3 years now and had to move to another of their rented properties due to a sale. They couldn't have been more helpful and attentive during the move. Popping into the office always gets a warm and friendly welcome : )

The sale of my property was managed professionally & at speed with a sale accepted within 3 weeks. The sale process was managed equally well despite some challenges & the agent was proactive in liasing with myself, the buyer & the solicitors. I would recommend Martin & Co.
