We've been renting through this branch of Martin & Co for two years. Martin & Co as a company/chain has offered reasonable rates; we haven't felt 'ripped off' by 'admin fees' and the like, which we've experienced with other letting agents. This particular branch of Martin & Co has been fabulous and we can't thank all of the staff connected to this branch enough for their support. From the first time we enquired to now, as we're nearing the end of our tennancy (becoming first-time buyers), the office staff have always been friendly, polite and readily available to contact by phone, email and walk-in. The minor issues we've raised have been resolved within three to four days every time. The 'handyman' Peter has always done a super job, as did the electrician they sent round. Lovely staff at this branch - thank you so much to all of you for the work you have done on our behalf.

I have used Martin & Co as a rental agent for the last 15 years and they have always been attentive and managed to re let my property quickly when it became vacant. I recently used them as a sales agent. They sold the property immediately ( some of that was good fortune )and the sale was handled efficiently. I would recommend them for both services.

Extremely attentive to what we were looking for in the LS16 & LS18 area. They were able find properties suited to us within as short amount of time, the friendly service we received means we would recommend Martin & Co to any home buyers or landlords looking to let.
