We just rented a two-bed flat through Sawyer and Co. We were assisted in the process by Mia who was quite prompt in answering our queries. The only issue was that their office doesn’t answer phone calls and so we had to rely on emails only, but Mia was quick to respond.

My current letting agent, Spyros has been extremely helpful. He always responds quickly to emails and phone calls, and has been efficient and professional.

Generally very helpful and professional but we were surprised at the extent of the referencing process, which we were not warned about by anyone at Sawyer. As i'd made clear my partner was just waiting to sign for a new role, it would have always been difficult to badger her employer at that stage, which it was. There were also some issues with the property which weren't brought to our attention prior to moving in, these were however largely fixed within 1 week of moving in. Generally a friendly and helpful team.

I've just completed after a long (and stressful!) 16-months. As a first-time buyer, my initial experiences with Sawyer & Co were not positive but the agents dealing with the sale left the agency and it was then assigned to Elliot. Elliot has been nothing but proactive on the sale and, with all the ups-and-downs over this long period, has always been approachable and engaged to progress the sale. I don't think it would have got over the line without his hard work, especially in the weeks up to completion. A year ago, I wouldn't have recommended Sawyer & Co, but having worked with Elliot I would consider them again (although hopefully not too soon!!)

Bob Beaken and Sawyer & Co were agents between us the buyer and the vendor. Lived in a flat managed by Sawyer and co for two years. They were nice and helpful throughout my tenancy. They did tend to insist on more regular inspections than anywhere else but other than that I have nothing negative to say. Would certainly recommend.PositiveProfessionalism
