Was looking at buying a house with this company and was told that after travelling 3 hours to view a house I'd be able to look at more that weren't yet on the market. The letting agent that showed us the house was rude and unaccomodaring then also told us we'd have to find the branch ourselves as she was not obliged to show us more houses and had other places to be. We eventually found the branch for them to tell us they had no more houses to show regardless of the fact we traveled 3 hours under the impression we would be able to view more than 1 house that did not meet the requirements we had given. Eventually we found our forever home with a different company and I would suggest others do the same.
