(EDIT) The managing director called me to apologise for the miscommunication. He explained what went wrong and why. He was eager to solve the problem. Hopefully, things will progress better from here. Absolute joke of an estate agent. Called them to enquire about a possible house viewing. They say they will get call me back. Left my number for them several times but still no call back. Used their online forms. Nothing. Used their chat bot to log in details nothing. They said they have no idea what's going on with the property if it was under offer or not.

I did not have a good experience with this agency. Communication was not smooth and unluckily I experienced bad landlord, never as before in my renting life. They are using Section 21 to refurbish they said. I entered the flat and the electric shower was not working, cold water, no pressure. Cold water from the kitchen sink for 2/3 months as too old fixtures. I had a mice as well of course. I had to deal by my self with that. Be careful with your choice.

Avoid like the plague. For anyone interested in the state of the property we rented from them, I’m happy to share the check-in inspection report. Not much has changed since, and they don’t seem to care.

I recently had a viewing with this estate agency, and I was disappointed with the experience. The person conducting the viewing seemed unfamiliar with the property's features and couldn't provide me with the information I needed. Very poor service from Nejc. Didn’t know key details upon moving in and did not make us aware of hidden charges that we needed to subsequently pay. Staff are rude and incompetent. Does not act in the best interest of tenants. Be VERY careful upon check in/check out – The reports are geared to trap you into paying as much as possible from your deposit. Agents lied about professional clean and are now dragging the claim process out to bully us into paying the cleaning fees which are bogus. Quoted a figure for top up cleaning which was disputed, tried to then claim MORE of deposit through DPS service. Avoid at all costs.

Awful, avoid at all costs. Basic repairs not completed (at all, let alone with a delay) very very dirty on moving in, horrendously unorganised and will try to keep your deposit with no justification. Seriously, avoid at all costs

Very poor lettings agent - response times are extremely slow / non-existent, constantly requiring follow-up emails and calls. Last time I contacted them and chased they took over a month to respond.
