Very poor service from Nejc. Didn’t know key details upon moving in and did not make us aware of hidden charges that we needed to subsequently pay. Staff are rude and incompetent. Does not act in the best interest of tenants. Be VERY careful upon check in/check out – The reports are geared to trap you into paying as much as possible from your deposit. Agents lied about professional clean and are now dragging the claim process out to bully us into paying the cleaning fees which are bogus. Quoted a figure for top up cleaning which was disputed, tried to then claim MORE of deposit through DPS service. Avoid at all costs.

Awful, avoid at all costs. Basic repairs not completed (at all, let alone with a delay) very very dirty on moving in, horrendously unorganised and will try to keep your deposit with no justification. Seriously, avoid at all costs

Very poor lettings agent - response times are extremely slow / non-existent, constantly requiring follow-up emails and calls. Last time I contacted them and chased they took over a month to respond.

thought i’d finally found a good letting agency when i moved into my current place because our agent was friendly but alas… we moved in august and have been waiting on some quite serious repairs ever since (including a barely working shower). it’s march and we’re still waiting. my emails have been ignored multiple times by maintenance and they have absolutely no sense of urgency in fixing anything for you despite how important it is. we received a threatening email today about our rent being one day late and how this is a breach of contract despite the fact that they are breaching our contract daily by disregarding issues in our property for SEVEN MONTHS. massively disappointed, don’t use this letting agency. i tried to be patient and friendly at first and give them the benefit of the doubt but this is utterly ridiculous.

Called as soon as the property went onto the market to be told that the person dealing with this property was not in office and to email which I did.. twice! And no respons! And I called every day 3 days afterwards and had received the same response each time. I also left my name and number for someone to call me and again no one called me only to be told on day 4 that viewings had already been taken and won’t be accepting anymore. Absolutely rubbish customer service and won’t be dealing with these guys again.

Predatory marketing tactics. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. They'll put you through the process of asking for your budget, only to then place you in a bidding war between other prospective tenants, whilst disguising it as a viewing. My partner and I to a so-called viewing today. They decided to sneakily invite 40+ other people the the viewing and have us all fight for the place (to rent, baring in mind. Not to buy). People who have traveled a far included, only to have us all queue up a flight of stairs to be given a small opportunity to see the property. Given the amount of people they'd invited, they increased the asking price and put the tenants in a position to come away from the viewing and engage with a bidding war to even be considered for what had become an overpriced mediocre property. We then found out they wanted to take the holding deposits, then have everyone wait over the weekend to find out if they'd been "selected for consideration". We walking out, as did many others. Some out of anger, others because they had been priced out of the negotiations (despite given their budget from the beginning These guys are an expression of everything wrong with the property rental market.
