Demitris Ogbogu found proposed tenants subject to references within 24 hours of the property being put on his books. The letting completed with rent guarantee in place a few days after. I cant think of much more I would expect from an agent and would definitely use Demitris again. It may be worth pointing out that I am an Estate Agent myself and rarely find an agent who can provide a similar service to me.
