Best call I made in instructing Martyn Gerrard to sell my flat...
From the initial meeting with Martyn Gerrard I knew they were agents who I felt comfortable working with. I trusted them to do what they said they would and to deliver. They performed on all counts. They had the local knowledge to price my property realistically and knew the market well. The team are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and great at keeping you informed throughout the process. They are easily contactable and accessible which is so important and always got back to you when they said they would. They are also pro-active and pushed things forward with my sale when the process could have easily stalled. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Martyn Gerrard to others. Selling your property is a really stressful period and without these agents on board I doubt the various hurdles would actually have been overcome.

Martyn Gerrard saved the day!
Martyn Gerrard saved the day! After failing to sell my property with another agent, I called in Martin Gerrard whom I had previously bought my house from. I was assigned Jason Ramsey who was nothing short of excellent. Jason was always on hand to give feedback in a measured and meaningful way. There were a number of technicalities to deal with on my sale as well as lots hand-holding for my first time buyers - this gave Jason the perfect opportunity to shine. He was un-phased by the technical issues and managed my nervous (and disorganised) purchasers through the process. I'think it's safe to say that we wouldn't have got there without Jason. Thank you and well done!

Very good service, would certainly recommend. 5 stars.
Jason from Kentish Town branch was very approachable from the moment we met him at the property. He worked hard to ensure we reached completion. He was professional at all times, always smiling and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the process. I feel we were very luck to have such quality of service, at what can be a very stressful time.

Helpful and friendly letting agency
We found the people at Martyn Gerrard to be very helpful when trying to find our lovely new flat to live in. Christian Ramos was our agent and he was so friendly and approachable which meant that the process was actually very fun. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very proffessional and also very personable. I highly recommend the agency and think that they are very lucky to have someone like Christian on their team.

100% Happy with the service provided by Demitris Ogbogu Marla
It has been my first time renting and appartment in London. After visiting different real estate agencies and speaking with several real estate agents I met Demitris Ogbogu Marla. He provided an excellent service and I felt that he really cared about what I wanted. I will definitely contact him again in the future.

Excellent Service
