Lovely and extremely efficient
Christian and the team at Martyn Gerrard have been a delight for two lettings over the last couple of years. Always efficient and a joy to talk to, they are a refreshing agency to let our flat with. He is extremely responsive, found us a new tenant very swiftly, and was so on top of all that needed sorting in the quick changeover of tenants. Would highly recommend him and the rest of the team!

Very professional, organised and responsive
We are extremely satisfied with Christian's job. He managed to get the price we wanted and there were no unexpected bad surprises. The whole process went smoothly. Christian always returned our calls and email in timely fashion.

Friendly and Helpful
Even in the short dealings I had with Christian, I am confident in highly recommending his services. Friendly, quick and easy to get a hold of, he found a number of suitable properties that catered to my needs. While ending up going with a private landlord, I would happily use his services again. A pleasure to deal with, and a friendly professional I'd highly recommend.

Excellent Levels Of Service On Property Purchase
I recently used Martyn Gerrard's Estates for the first time to purchase a property in Kentish Town. The agent was Mark Newton. Throughout the whole process he provided a seamless link between buyer and seller. The transaction completed very quickly thanks in part to his dealing with all parties concerned. I would recommend there services highly.

Very good experience for first time buyer
Martin was very helpful, and made the process of buying a house very straightforward for this first time buyer. He was very responsive over the phone, email, and really took ownership over the entire process, providing guidance every step along the way. I would recommend Martin (and the rest of the Martyn Gerrard team) without hesitation.

Friendly estate agent
I would recommend Martyn Gerrard as a friendly, helpful estate agent. Christian Ramos was our agent and was professional and friendly and helped us find a great flat to rent. We really appreciated his calm and not pushy approach in showing us what was available which resulted in us finding our new home.
