Martin Collins made this stressful process seamless and even enjoyable!

I was being shown properties by at least 10 of Kentish Town's (many) estate agents, but Martin was always the one who went above and beyond to find me a fantastic home that fitted my requirements perfectly. During the offer process he was always up front and frank, which was refreshing considering some of the conversations I had been having. From offer to exchange Martin helped tremendously with communication between vendors, broker and solicitor, always answering any query the same working day and keeping a steady hand on a tricky chain. I thoroughly recommend his service to anyone looking to buy, and I suspect his selling clients would be similarly satisfied. Thanks Martin!

Outstanding patience and excellent service

Having worked with Martyn Gerrard's Kentish Town branch for the past year we have found them to be very communicative and professional. The tenants that they have found for our Hampstead flats have been exemplary. Demitris continues to provide a personable link between the administration, the tenants and ourselves which contributes to the smooth operation of our lettings.. Very helpful and communicative

I found Martin very helpful and communicative, particularly throughout our conveyancing period, which was more than a little trying at times. Martin kept an open line of communication (even outside work hours) and really helped move things along whilst ensuring that all parties were happy with the process. I'd definitely recommend working with Martin and would happily do so myself in future. Thanks very much Martin!

Sale of property

Martin,( and Nick when Martin was away), was the Matryn Gerrard agent dealing with the buyers of my property. Like the rest of the staff I worked with, he was very efficient, professional, friendly and the staff of the different branches really worked well together. Christian went above and beyond our expectations of an agent!

After having some issues with our landlord in our private rental property, my parter and i decided to look for a new place through an agent that offered a clean environment, privacy and professionalism. After organising a viewing through Martyn Gerrard, we were greeted at the property by Christian who gave a first impression of someone who is friendly, informative and professional. We then were away for the next week on a business trip, during which time he was in contact with us via email and managed to help us to secure our new place in the short time we had before we had to leave our current accomodation. When we got back we called into his office unexpectedly and although he was at another viewing at the time, his colleage Dimitris was more than happy to assist us. After collecting the keys, we discovered there was an issue with the copy that had been cut for us, however this was resolved within a matter of hours when Christian personally delivered a new working set to our front door. All in all, we are extremely happy with the service that has been provided to us and would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to anyone looking for a new rental property, due to the exceptional standard of service we received which made moving house so much easier and stress-free.

Painless process

Martyn Gerrard provided my housemates and I with a friendly and professional services during a fast-paced renting process in January 2016. Christian Ramos took the lead and enabled us to get in to the property in no time at all thanks to great communication with us and the landlord alike. Thanks!
