Having originally listed my house for sale with another EA I switched to Dawsons due to quality of service. From the photos, to the web page, the brochure and the comms it was like night & day. After months with the previous EA (albeit during lockdown), my house sold in 24hrs. Great service.

I am good friends with Branch Manager David Parton & during conversation with our group of friends, I discussed how my partner and I were hoping to buy a property soon & needed mortgage advice. David was very quick to help & said he could arrange a meeting with the branches Mortgage Advisor. The meeting was arranged for later that week & David kept me updated on when to come to the office & subsequently, the meeting was a success. I also worked for a software company, who develop estate agency software & to give me a better understanding of how estate agents work, I spoke with David to see if he could accommodate me coming to the office for the day to job shadow members of his team. David was more than accommodating & the day spent with the team was invaluable to me. I could also see first hand how well run the office was & how helpful the team were to me.

I can only speak highly of this branch and the dealings we have had with them over the years. We were fortunate enough to have David come value our property where he made us feel very at ease over the whole process, explaining everything that he and the team could do for us. Much to my delight, David delivered on every aspect and even returned a sale over asking price for us! We recently bought our home through Dawsons and the really personal customer service we received was consistently excellent. Kelly in particular was an incredible support and went above and beyond for us. We had a terrible experience with our solicitors and she really fought our corner for us, including checking emails and making calls on her day off. She and the whole team could not have done more for us. They always got back to us very quickly with queries and did everything they could to speed the sale along. We only wish we had sold with them too!

I've used Dawsons many times over the last 20 years. They are always extremely professional and excellent when dealing with my enquiries and accompanying viewings. I've worked with both the Mumbles & Killay Branches and the customer service has been outstanding from both branches at all times. I've dealt with David Parton in both Mumbles and most recently as a valuer and Manager in Killay. When valuing my property, David was very impressive and his knowledge of the property market was outstanding. I was also pleased with how he and his team were in constant communication with me during our sale and purchase. I would 100% use David and his team again.

Approachable and very helpful. Sales dept. was was useful and helped to make the purchase quick and easy. The letting team have been very good and was able to quickly find a tenant.
