Took a few months to do what it had took other years.

David, Sharon, Corey and the team took a few months to sell our house after 3 years of no success with other agents. They were professional, personal and very efficient and effective. The most enjoyable aspect was they kept in touch with us not us having to chase them. We would strongly recommend them to take charge of any house sale.

Great communication throughout the process - Happy Buyer.

Recently purchased a property with Dawsons (Killay) acting on behalf of the seller. From the initial viewing to picking up the keys we found Dawsons to be prompt and professional with great communication throughout so we were always up to date with progress.

Excellent service

In our house search Corey has been by far the most enthusiastic and productive agent in the area. He knows his properties and gets to know his customers and matches you to a property very effectively. In quieter times he checks in regularly to make sure you are up to date with what is available and on viewings he is professional and thorough.

Friendly, efficient, and then some ...

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the Killay branch of Dawsons. They were professional in all their dealings with me, offering sensible advice and keeping me informed and updated so that I always felt that they were working pro-actively on my behalf. I must, however, single out Sharon for particular praise as she went above and beyond anything in the agreement and managed my small menagerie in such an efficient way that I felt completely at ease knowing that viewings would be handled with care and competence. I would recommend this team to anyone.

EFFICIENT ESTATE AGENTS

We found Dawsons Killay office staff excellent in all aspects during the marketing and sale of our property. They are honest, efficient and friendly. From the outset when we had our initial valuation we found them very approachable and informative. They gave prompt feedback after viewings and helped us deal with any problems as they arose. Helen in particular was always very professional and ensured that everything ran smoothly.
