I recently sold and bought with the help of the Dawsons Killay team. From the introductory valuation through to completion I was most impressed with the service. Particularly impressive on the sales side was the database of buyers they already have as contacts which resulted in 4 viewings in the first week leading to 2 offers. This local knowledge combined with a personal, professional approach should not be underestimated when considering selling your property. In addition the service on purchase was outstanding with regular courtesy calls from the team which resulted in an environment where I was happy to pick up the phone if I had any questions and always felt the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I would strongly recommend Dawsons Killay to anyone who is considering putting their house up for sale.

I have been really impressed with David and his team at Dawson's. They have done an excellent job selling my property. they have always been available to answer queries or discuss matters and have always given me decent and honest advice. I do not live near the property sold so they have been very helpful in going above and beyond in assisting us to sell. Most of all, they have always been friendly and charming. Excellent service

Dawson's have been an excellent estate agent. The whole team have always been professional and so easy to deal with. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. They have given us good feedback on our property. Plenty of notice prior to viewings and good advice on offers and potential property for us to buy. We have decided to take a break from selling our one but would defiantly return to Dawson's in the future!
