Excellent service from C J Hole, Kingswood branch. They sorted out valuations and photography quickly and we received 4 offers within days of the property being marketed. They also recommended local solicitors and we progressed to completion without any major hiccups. They may not be the cheapest but I have no regrets in choosing them.

Cannot recommend Donna and the team highly enough. They took over the sale of my home from another agent that I wasn’t happy with and they really did an incredible job of getting my sale over the line. It was an especially difficult time to sale a home with the increase in interest rates and the unknown but managed to achieve the price I wanted for my family home. Cannot recommend the team at CJ Hole highly enough. They managed a very complex sale for me with some sitting tenants who had the place in a right state, navigated viewings, endless pet mess, and negotiated beautifully around some very tricky situations. They were the second agent I employed and the experience with the first lot only highlighted what an exemplary service this team give.
