The sale was quick at a price close to the asking price. Communication through Louisa made everything easy. Unfortunately, neither Louisa nor myself were informed that at the first viewing by the purchasers, they had indicated that they did not want the furniture. This lead to considerable delays and extra cost for me

The experience with JDG has been excellant so far, they were very efficient the whole letting process.

There have been some hiccups. One with a view where the JDG professional was not very well informed and didn't answer our posterior emails, and another with an excessive pressure for us to find a solicitor (we literally got a "pressure" call having had just 2 hours to find a solicitor). But, we should highlight the professionalism of Louisa and Fiona who were amazing! We are tempted to give a 5 just because of them, but I need to evaluate the entire team performance, which overall was very good, but would need some fine tuning to avoid the issues described above.

This is a Good independent Estate Agent located within the heart of Lancaster. The staff who work here are Very Professional, Helpful and Polite. As for the building itself is clean, tidy and Modern in appearance.
