The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?

I am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.

Yes they try to fraudulently withold deposit monies.They actually tried to charge me for damages, which were actually already logged and photographed before I started my tenancy. ( On their inventory 19th March 2020..my tenancy started on 21st)Howeve… See more

If you see a house listed with their Slough branch, set aside a few quid to slip into Lee Henry's pocket, otherwise you have no chance of getting a property with them. Absolute Sc*mbag

Really dissapointed with the property management service at Ashford, Middlesex. It feels like you are actually bothering them, when you chase things. Next thing you know, you've got a different property manager with no clue about what your problem is. And you start again. Rarely seen a service this bad, really dissapointed.

I would never use frost ever again They ignore there tenants and just want money very unprofessional and just lie and don’t care at all about anything but making money I’ve had major damp in a property of theres for over a year and is getting worse and all laura Woodward does is ignore even environmental health are being ignored by frost John frost you must be so proud of your incapable staff

(Ashford) - Avoid at all costs.. They have absolutely no clue what to do about anything in the property and had left us strapped for cash at this horrible time for many. It had been a month since we left the property and still no deposit back and lots of messing us around. The landlord was a priority over us tenants at Frost which is a disgrace. They wanted us to pay for a deep clean when in fact it was agreed that we won't as we had to clean the place up ourselves. I even paid and put in a brand new carpet as black mould was everywhere and we were ignored on various occasions. Update: it is now Monday 23rd November 2020. Frosts Accounts team were contacted teice by two seperate frost colleagues who were ignored with no update. We have now been left without a penny and had to get a new tenancy elsewhere so am now struggling due to paying a deposit for new place. This is no way to treat customers past and present during a pandemic. Just pay our deposit back please so I can pay our bills!

Worst estate agency I have to deal with -Feltham branch. Their admin process is terrible with a worst manner you can expect from the agent. I suggest you to invoice first if you'd like to get paid. If you'd like to call, admitting your admin error and apologizing would be better way of approaching rather than saying you were going through the list of bad debt! Certainly not the agency I'll use next time.

Bad people part of frost specially mr Nick and mr Colin.they are both big lair. They advised me to give notice my present Lanlord. And keep checking my references till today from 3rd of June. They have no property available. I personally met one property owner .he said his property not any more available. But both lairs don’t inform us. And keep checking our references under that property. Then when I emailed mr colin(lair). About property. He did not reply properly. When I called referencese company they checking our references another property .which we did not sign. And till today they keep checking our references, but lair Colin email to us on Tuesday. We failed references.and he said your holding deposit loose.now time to take them in the court .they are not deserving any star so far very bad company.some those type of people damage frost reputation. Please fire them straight way. Must be taking them court

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across. They made renting a house such a big hurdle and put me into a difficult situation whilst there is a pandemic going on. The reference company (VAN MILDERT) they are associated with is the worst referencing company. They have been been checking my references as if I am not renting a normal house but buying the queens palace or something. Firstly checking my references against a house I have not agreed upon. Calling my employer several times, head office etc. Even after obtaining all the necessary information required to pass my references they were not satisfied. Asked for my contract of employment which I provided them with. However the contract of employment did not meet up their expectations as if I make the contract myself. I thought ok I,ll get a letter from the HR confirming my salary, position etc. Got the letter, sent it through. Still not satisfied. Provided payslips but again they didn’t meet up to their ‘required’ expectations because of my payslip layout. The next thing they asked for is my bank statements to show my pay. Provided them my bank statements but somehow they weren’t ‘enough’. So I provided two reference letters from hr, payslips, contract of employment, bank statements and they also made a call to my employer. However despite all of this my references were not passed as the information was not enough to confirm I am working with my employer. They asked one thing after the other? Why not ask all of it together? At this moment my employer was surprised too. I would be surprised if anyone ever actually passed the references process. Moving on to frost employees. mr nick and mr Colin advised me to give my notice to my current landlord as they assured me my references will be passed. So I went ahead and did that. This had put me into a massive problem as apparently now my income is not enough for the property. I had clearly stated my income from the beginning of this whole process and the company had confirmed this is enough. I don’t understand if my income was not enough why carry on with the referencing checks if you had known this all along? I decided to meet the landlord and discuss this issue. The landlord had told me they had clearly informed frost they are not renting there property anymore, this was done a few days before my reference checks had began! So I was basically getting my references checked for absolutely no reason. If you don’t want any stress I would not recommend this company at any cost. I will now definitely be taking a legal action against this company as well as the referencing company as they have wasted my time, money and effort to gain references for no reason at all. Oh and given me free stress! Horrible company with rude, unprofessional employees. This is a long review to read but if you have come this far just know it wasn’t as long as my reference check procedure.
