Frost deserves not even 0 star because of Colin and nick I am homeless they have lied and lied about two properties which were not even on the market took our deposit and continue to check our references for r properties which were not even on the market for rent. Now in this current padamic I am have become homeless, they have also taken our deposit and now not replying to any emails. Such a bad bad experience. Leaving my family and myself I stress and In a critical situation.i will take legal action against them.

Had an appointment to view a property at 7:15.I've even received confirmation via email (keeping in mind that I've had to call them twice as they said it's all booked in but I've t received the postcode via email or text message) we drove to the property and no one has shown up. We actually waited 20 min before i called the office number. After some time a lady answered and asked for details such as name and mobile number and advised that she will call the person who was supposed to meet us. I still haven't received a call back and actually waisted half an hour and petrol. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and just shows how much they care for customers. I will definitely look for other agencies as I am sure if an appointment is given they at least will be there and don't waste my time.

Made an offer higher then the value the property was sold for, was told by a lady the property went for way over the initial price only to see it 6months later in the previous sales for less then what i had offered! Was told i would be getting a response to why this happened, 6days nothing, im writing this.

Just the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Incredibly uncommunicative, slow in responses, inaccurate in information and rude.

One star for your Windsor branch who I cannot find on here! Think they should focus more on being estate agents instead of financial advisors with their sarky little attitudes. Trying to belittle people who probably even get paid more than them!

Got a call from Jeremy Fisher today who disappointed me even further, not to my surprise though. I had a feeling he would back Pooja and so he did. He apologised for the experience I had. Unfortunately the apology would not compensate the financial loss we incurred or the stress and anxiety this whole ordeal caused us. He apologised that Pooja lied but also backed her up saying that she was scared, hence lied. I pointed out and asked why Frost has double standards? As they did not take the property off the market when our deposit was taken but as soon as we were told that the property is no longer available it clearly showed the property being no longer available. He did not have an answer to this and instead said he wasn't aware that this happened and would get back to me on this. He kept blowing Pooja's trumpet despite her lies and double standards! He also said I know Pooja lied. I'm not hiding the fact Pooja lied but I still trust her. To top things up he said to me, " you also lied as the landlord told me that you asked him to cut out the agents ". This unprofessional statement of his completely frustrated me. I said how can you take one persons word against the other? You are calling me a liar based on what the landlord has supposedly told you? He started stuttering and deviating form the subject. I repeatedly asked him as to how on earth could he call me a liar based on what the landlord had told him. He would not accept that he called me a liar but instead said that's not what he said. This whole department is a complete bunch of unprofessional losers! I warn you all out there to stay away from these utterly unprofessional cowboys. Oh and cow girl 😊

I rent a property through Frost Partnership in Feltham, the service when reporting repairs is terrible expect it to take anywhere between 2-10 months and to ring daily.

I rented a house through Windsor Branch and dealt with Jackie Thomson. Worst possible customer service! Took nearly 2 months to get my undisputed deposit back ( luckily I didn't need the money). I then had to go to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to get the rest of my deposit back, luckily I had proof that they were trying to claim damages from me that was on the check in report or on their own photographs before I moved in. Really glad TDS found in my favour and I got most of my money back! I would never rent or buy from this branch as the behaviour is unethical. I'm happy to show my report to anyone that needs it! Just really glad that the people that came to view house when we still lived there saw how badly we were treated and decided not to rent from them! Please make sure every bit of damage is on your check in and don't believe when they say it doesn't matter as fixtures are old as they try to withhold your deposit. They did same to tenants before me too!
